We believe there is a better way for your body care, our personal home care, and our collective home.  We believe there is a better answer to our daily problems.  We believe you can have all natural hair, face, and home products without sacricing quality or adding any further waste to the earth.  Doesn't that sound better?

Our roots run deep at Better Organics Farm in Cambria, CA.  This is the farm where owner Rebecca Nielsen and family live, work, and play.  Better ingredients are sourced from the farm or locally as possible with an eye toward quality and carbon footprint.

All ingredients are food grade and all are created in small batches directly on the farm.  The only animals the products are tested on are friends and family.

From our sourcing, ingredients, and packaging we believe less is best.  Parabens, phlatates, chemical fillers, animal testing, mineral oils will never be used in Better Botanics products.  We know that in order to keep your home and body clean, our products must be clean as well.

It takes the average shampoo bottle over 400 years to break down.  Just one concentrated bar of our shampoo or conditioner is equal to 3-6 plastic bottles of our hair product.  By focusing on less is best we ensure that every move we make is better for you and our global home.

All of our hair, face, body and home products are hand made on the farm and sourced from natural ingredients, plant-based food-grade cold pressed oils, and steam distilled thereaputic-grade essential oils.  At every step we are working to reduce waste.  Refilling directly at the farmers markets is the most minimal carbon footprint.
